Rent-A-Tech is managed by Aaron Williams. Aaron has been involved with IBM PC computers for over 10 years. Rent-A-Tech is a Division of Zydeco Technologies.

Focus
Founded in 2000, Rent-A-Tech works solely in the home and home office technology sales and support world. Because Rent-A-Tech focuses on and understands the Home Computing technology world and its unique challenges, our products and services are specific for home computing technology needs. We repair and upgrade computers using Windows and Linux operating systems. We do not work on Apple computers.

We cannot work on computers with illegal / pirated versions of Windows installed on them. You can purchase a legal version of Windows from us and we will happily install it. Or we can install a free distribution of the Ubuntu Linux operating system.

Unlike many cut-rate computer shops in this area, we NEVER install pirated software on any computer. You can rest assured that any computer from Rent-A-Tech has a legitimate Windows installation and Product Key.

Approach
When your home or home office computer has Windows problems, Viruses, hardware issues or network problems, it can be very frustrating. Disconnecting all the cables and devices from your computer and then hauling it to a repair shop is time-consuming and inconvenient. We provide prompt response to your needs and provide the convenience of coming to your location. If the needed repairs require us to bring your computer to our shop, we provide free pickup and delivery.
